- Precisely. There are always conflicting desires in a new
- employee. The issue is to weigh them and determine a best fit.
- I would not be against hiring an 18 year old. However, an 18
- year old is less likely than someone his senior to have
- desireable experience.

- experience to speak of and I would evaluate knowledge and
- aptitude in more detail.
